- Nose: Dark cherries, leather, and oak. Classic bourbon nose and sweetness
- Palate: Dark chocolate dipped cherries, a toasted smokiness, caramel, and some cocoa powder
- Finish: Cinnamon red hots candy, long and a nice hug
**Bottles should ship by September 6, 2024. They can be picked up locally, at the distillery, or shipped.
